web_search (ranked web results) and web_fetch (clean Markdown of one public page) over a single remote MCP endpoint, https://robotbase.cc/mcp. There is no API key to buy: connect your agent and get 100 shared web calls per IP per day. Past the free allowance each call costs 1–3 credits over x402.The endpoint ships 72 tools. The web layer alone has ten: web_search, web_fetch, web_screenshot, web_map, web_fetch_batch, web_feed, web_metadata, web_crawl, web_extract and web_act. All are read-only and require no provider key from the client; the search backend is our self-hosted SearXNG with Serper/Tavily fallbacks.

Search the latest Bitcoin fee market news, fetch the best result, then tell me the current BTC fee rates.
An agent normally chains web_search → web_fetch → btc_get_fee_rates. Every web answer carries a _metering block so you can see the free allowance and reset time.

Credits are prepaid USDC packs paid by the caller's own wallet over x402 (USDC on Base or Solana); there is no API key, account or subscription. Base and Solana are payment rails only — no Base/Solana chain data is served.
web_fetch respects robots.txt and does not log in or bypass paywalls.
